There is a delay when recording the eye tracker. How can I fix this?

Under certain circumstances, the performance of the computer you are using may not be sufficient to handle the amount of data.
If the computer does not have a powerful graphics card, the videos are displayed with a delay in order to reduce the processing load.
Please try to minimize the visulizations of videos during recording. If the delay persists, contact us at support@ergoneers.com in order to review your computer specifications.
