Dark Area interprets the darkest areas as pupil (vulnerable in poor lighting, heavy make-up).
Edge searches for the strongest contrasts. Edge V2 works like Edge, but attempts to reduce false positives by the pupil size is observed over a second and is filtered (too large or too small pupils)
